Return Policy
To fulfill our 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, we will take all returns and/or exchanges within a 10 day period. We understand that eveyone is sized and shaped diffently and for this, we will do our best to make sure that your needs are met.
Our Return Policy is as follows:
- We will accept all returns up to 10 days from when the merchandise is shipped out from our warehouse to you.
- We will accept returns and/or exchanges of defective items, items that don’t fit, or any item you want to replace with a diffrent size or style. (Returned item must be like new, unwashed, in original packaging, and with garment and manufacturer tags still atttached.)
- A credit will be applied to your account as soon as the merchandise is received by us (usually 2-3 weeks)
- SHIPPING CHARGE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be resposible for the shipping fees for a return or exchange item. However, we will take care of all shipping charges associated with an item that is defective.
- There are ABSOLUTELY NO RESTOCKING FEES OR HIDDEN CHARGESassociated with a return, so please don’t hesitate to notify us if there is something wrong with the product that you have received.
